Dandruff, Hair loss! I hate my hairs?

It is not like i want a short hair, but I always cut my hair very short because of dandruff and hairloss. Its been 8 years now, looks like it is not gonna stop. I saw the best doctors, tried several shampoos, tried homeopathic medices, tried all things I could do, but the answer is no, still losing lot of hairs and there is lot of dandruff. Started using Rogaine (since 6 months) as suggested by doctor, but it didn’t really do miracle as they said. Now, my scalp is dry, flaky, ichy and I am losing lot of hairs everyday.
Would really appreciate, If anyone out there has a solution to my problem. I am tired of this.

      USE BAKING SODA AS AN EXFOLIATE ON YOUR SCALP then use protein builder at your local beauty store it is actually used to hold color when u dye it u may have to explain that and STOP!!!!! using tap water to wash your hair it has bleach in it and it will make your hair fall out!
