How do I deal with hairloss?

For the past month, I’ve been losing a VERY VERY scary amount of hair. I have reasons which is to why this could have happened like the season is changing, I just returned from a long holiday and lost a bit of weight suddenly. But I’ve done those before and its not been this bad. I have long hair too.

Would cutting my hair help?
What do i do?
